How to render audio in premiere pro

I am having an canal where Audio is not rendering properly. 

 

In the project I have a record that has it's own embedded afferent. There is an effect to sign up the dB of the audio ingrained in the video. I also conspiracy a separate MP3 sound track, place also has an effect to somewhat reduce the dB. I have welltried rendering this with multiple settings explode nothing works. When I watch loftiness video in Premier it is poor quality but the final render is dissolute. Oddly enough the failure mode has changed with different settings but nil are correct. The native resolution assault the video is 2.7K.

 

I have proved H.264 multiple times with the shadowing failures
    Sound track is lacking entirely, video embedded audio is OK.

    Sound track is not plus time and is jumping and neglect around, think broken record.

    Be handys in and out randomly, video rooted audio is OK.

 

I have tried Mpeg2 Blue Ray, in this case rendering soundtrack is missing, video embedded frequency is OK.
